At Feather Flags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your flags or hardware do not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all non-customized products.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack the unused flags and hardware in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the box.

Ship Items Back

Send your package via a trackable shipping service to our warehouse address provided in the confirmation email.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement flags within 5-7 business days.
